Must be willing to work with and guide students and medical residents/fellows; generate publications; write and contribute to grant applications; and work as a team member to help with the day-to-day operations of the lab. Must have clear oral and written communication skills. Be self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work well with others. Must have strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail. Must have excellent organizational skills; ability to multi-task and prioritize work assignments.
