If you are looking for long-term and stable employment, please contact us.</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <ul> <li>Would need to be able to detail a Pressure Vessel such as mapping out angles on a head and be able to fit pipe into the cut out holes on the head of a pressure vessel with only being handed a engineering drawing. </li><li>A very experienced welder with knowledge of welding on stainless steel & carbon steel with extreme precision. </li><li>Will be responsible for interpreting engineering drawings, fitting and welding metal components, operating welding equipment, and ensuring the quality and integrity of welds. </li><li>Will be Required to pass one or multiple ASME weld test once hired. </li><li>Performs all tasks to ASME standards and requirements. </li><li>Uses blueprints and design sketches to ensure the proper dimensions and tolerance levels, as well as correct components installed on the finished product </li><li>Assume responsibility and care of assigned tools and equipment </li><li>Welds metal parts on fixtures including attaching jigs and clamps to hold metal parts in proper position </li><li>TIG & MIG. Weld materials in flat, vertical, and overhead positions once ASME weld test is pass. </li><li>Cut materials using air arcs, burning rods, and acetylene/oxygen cutting torches to fit fabrication and job requirements. </li><li>Problem Solving.
