<p>Department</p> <p>Food & Nutrition -Patient Svcs</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>The Food & Nutrition Services (FNS) Operations Coordinator promotes patient satisfaction by facilitating communication between patient/families, staff, physicians and Administration. Serves as a lead resource to patient families, staff, and/or physicians. The FNS Operations Coordinator is also responsible for providing administrative and office support for an extremely large department.</p> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Require five (5) years of previous experience in a customer service role, with a minimum of three (3) years in an administrative assistant role. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Prefer the ability to communicate effectively with patients, family members, and hospital staff at all levels. </li><li>Prefer proven interpersonal skills, as well as sound discretionary judgment, and demonstrated problem-solving skills. </li><li>Prefer the ability to be self-motivated, work independently, and shift priorities, as well as flexibility with regards to work schedule with the ability to work weekends, holidays, and other shifts as needed. </li><li>Prefer demonstrated ability to utilize commonly used applications such as Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, etc.). </li></ul> <p>Mandatory Education</p> <p>HS EQ: High School Diploma, GED or Certificate</p> <p>Preferred Education</p> <p>AD: Associate's Degree</p> <p>Required License and Certs</p> <p>Preferred License and Certs</p> <p>CPS: Certified Prof Secretary</p>
