The successful candidate will be responsible and accountable for the development of project estimates and ensuring they are prepared to the required level of detail and accuracy in accordance with contractual requirements and Wood policies, procedures, and standards.</p> <ul> <li>Prepare, review, and submit detailed project cost estimates to support budgeting and profitability. </li><li>Review client RFPs, work requirements, and technical specifications. </li><li>Identify potential risks, develop contingency plans, and suggest solutions to minimize costs and delays. </li><li>Analyze and define all cost elements, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors. </li><li>Support development of proposals, including clarifications, exceptions, and assumptions. </li><li>Collaborate with project teams to address challenges and ensure estimates are accurate and auditable. </li><li>Maintain estimating systems, data, and documentation in compliance with company standards. </li><li>Facilitate communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment. </li><li>Support negotiations and dispute resolution related to project costs and scope. </li><li>Participate in continuous improvement of estimating processes and procedures. </li><li>This role may be standalone or act as part of a team as determined by the requirements of the project/contract organization </li></ul> <p>Our Clients and Projects</p> <p>Designing the future.
