You'll ensure system integrity, optimize performance, and lead role-based security across Financials, HCM, SCM, and other modules-while partnering closely with IT, Finance, HR, and Internal Audit.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Administer and support Oracle Fusion Cloud across production, test, and development. </li><li>Manage quarterly updates, testing, deployments, and system performance. </li><li>Design and maintain secure RBAC models, roles, privileges, and SoD controls. </li><li>Oversee user provisioning, access reviews, and security incident resolution. </li><li>Support audits, compliance testing, and remediation of security risks. </li><li>Streamline processes and drive workflow efficiency across teams. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications/Requirements</p> <p>What You Bring</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. </li><li>5+ years administering Oracle Fusion Cloud. </li><li>Strong hands-on experience with Fusion Security (roles, data security, SoD). </li><li>Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and work non-traditional hours when needed. </li></ul> <p>Nice to Have</p> <ul> <li>Oracle Fusion certifications. </li><li>Experience with IDM, SSO, or IAM integrations. </li><li>Background supporting Financials and/or HCM. </li><li>Experience in multi-entity or complex environments. </li></ul> <p>#LI-MD1</p> <p>Min</p> <p>Max</p>
