<p>Summary: In this position the Delivery Driver is responsible for the safe, compliant, and timely transportation of cannabis products from the facility to dispensaries and/or wholesale partners. This role ensures that all deliveries are completed in accordance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Cannabis Control Commission (CCC) regulations, and all applicable state and local laws. The Delivery Driver plays a vital role in maintaining the company's professional image by providing reliable service, safeguarding product integrity, and adhering to all security protocols during transit. Essential Functions: • Safely transport cannabis products to designated dispensaries and/or wholesale accounts in compliance with CCC regulations and company SOPs. • Accurately verify and maintain delivery manifests, invoices, and supporting documentation for each delivery. • Load, secure, transport, and unload cannabis products in accordance with security protocols. • Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules, making adjustments when necessary to meet operational needs. • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, ensuring vehicles remain clean, safe, and compliant. • Maintain communication with the Vault Lead and dispatch regarding delivery status, delays, or concerns. • Report all product discrepancies, incidents, or security issues immediately in accordance with company policy. • Protect sensitive company and customer information by maintaining strict confidentiality. • Provide professional and courteous customer service when representing the company at delivery locations. • Support daily delivery operations, including preparation, check-in, and reconciliation of delivery materials. • Perform additional duties as assigned to support logistics and compliance. Experience Requirements: • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. • Ability to lift, carry, and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds. • Strong attention to detail with the ability to complete accurate logs, manifests, and reports. • Comfortable driving for extended periods and navigating a variety of delivery routes. • Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
