<p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of the principles and practices of microbiology, biology, hematology, immunohematology, urinalysis, and chemistry. </li><li>Knowledge of a clinical laboratory as it applies to the collection and processing of samples. Testing of samples, interpretation of results, and the communication of those results to appropriate personnel. </li><li>Knowledge of laboratory chemical and biological safety </li><li>Ability to operate and maintain laboratory equipment </li></ul> <p>We are offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus to hires who meet the hiring requirements. You will perform a variety of technical analyses, verify results, and assure quality and accuracy of tests under the direction of the Laboratory Supervisor(s), Laboratory Manager(s), Laboratory Administrative Director, and Laboratory Medical Director (Pathologist). You'll build trust in all your interactions through your professionalism and work ethic.</p> <p>CHI St Vincent Hot Springs is a 280-bed, faith-based, non-profit, Magnet Accredited facility providing quality health care to patients and communities from all over the State of Arkansas.
