<p>Front Desk Supervisor</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>The Marriott Savannah Riverfront is currently interviewing for a Front Desk Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our front desk area. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong leadership abilities, and a keen attention to detail.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Supervise front desk staff and ensure they provide exceptional customer service </li><li>Train new front desk employees on company policies and procedures </li><li>Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner </li><li>Manage front desk scheduling and ensure adequate coverage at all times </li><li>Maintain a clean and organized front desk area </li><li>Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and reservations as needed </li></ul> <p>Skills</p> <ul> <li>Previous experience as a front desk supervisor or similar role </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills </li><li>Strong leadership abilities </li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software </li><li>Attention to detail and problem-solving skills </li><li>MARHSA and PMS system knowledge preferred </li><li>At least 2 years Front Desk experience </li></ul> <p>We offer excellent an excellent benefits package.
