If so, we're looking for you.</p> <p>The Supervisor of Activities & Events oversees outlet staff, ensures guest satisfaction, and upholds service standards, cash handling, and cleanliness across recreation areas including the arcade, movie theater, pools, and outdoor amenities. Responsible for training new hires, managing inventory, and supporting daily operations of all activity outlets.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:</p> <ul> <li>Oversee the planning and execution of resort activities and events. Supervise, train, schedule and evaluate staff; oversee day-to-day department operations. </li><li>Assist in the development of activity/event promotional communications and ensure proper distribution. Order, receive, inventory, and stock supplies and merchandise. </li><li>Conducting retail transactions and reconciliation of cash handling. </li><li>Responsible for cash bank and daily deposits; vendor and guest relations. </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license, and minimum of 1 year of driving experience. </li><li>Must meet company required motor vehicle policy standards. </li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Moderate decision-making is required under limited supervision </li><li>Excellent customer service skills and cash handling experience required </li><li>Previous inventory experience preferred </li><li>Must know how to operate a cash register and adding machine </li><li>Must be able to communicate basic resort information to owners and guests </li><li>Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED </li><li>Experience in recreation management and/or supervision preferred </li><li>Previous experience in resort activities, water park operations, and/or retail operations a plus </li><li>Cash handling experience required </li></ul> <p>CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>CPR/First Aid Training a plus </li><li>Valid driver's license </li></ul> <p>COMPANY BENEFITS:</p> <ul> <li>Matching 401K </li><li>Growth & Developmental Opportunities </li><li>Comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision Benefits </li><li>Employee Assistance Program </li><li>Paid Time Off </li><li>Travel Benefits, Discounts & FREE Vacations </li><li>Tuition Reimbursement & Continuing Education Courses </li><li>Outstanding Company Culture </li></ul>
