<p>Primary Purpose:</p> <p>Provide assistance to the teachers, students and staff in providing a cohesive environment for students</p> <p>during their lunch periods.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Education/Certification:</p> <p>High school diploma or GED</p> <p>Special Knowledge/Skills:</p> <p>Ability to work with children</p> <p>Ability to follow verbal and written instructions</p> <p>Ability to communicate effectively</p> <p>Experience:</p> <p>Some experience working with children</p> <p>Major Responsibilities and Duties:</p> <ol> <li>Help manage behavior of students.
