You will architect and optimize our entire revenue engine during this critical hyper-growth phase. This hands-on leadership role requires someone who can execute complex technical implementations while driving strategic systems to scale GTM operations from millions to hundreds of millions in ARR.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li> <p>Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance to optimize the entire revenue process</p> </li><li> <p>Build complex GTM systems around lead routing, pipeline processes, and implementation of commission plans to scale with rapid growth</p> </li><li> <p>Analyze conversion rates, sales velocity, and customer acquisition costs while building reporting that provides real-time visibility into revenue performance</p> </li><li> <p>Own the RevOps tech stack and integrate a dozen tools into HubSpot</p> </li><li> <p>Dogfood and use Replit as part of your daily</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Skills & Experience</p> <ul> <li> <p>5-8 years of experience in RevOps</p> </li><li> <p>Previous experience at a high growth SaaS startup</p> </li><li> <p>Successfully built the RevOps system from the ground up</p> </li><li> <p>Proven experience supporting companies through significant scaling phases ($10M to $100M+ ARR etc.)</p> </li><li> <p>Expertise with CRM, marketing automation, and customer success platforms</p> </li><li> <p>Strong technical skills and an analytical mindset</p> </li></ul> <p>Bonus Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Current Replit user</p> </li><li> <p>Coming from an AI startup or implementing AI tools in your workflow</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with Hubspot</p> </li></ul> <p>Full-Time Employee Benefits Include:</p> <p>Competitive Salary & Equity</p> <p>401(k) Program</p> <p>?
