<p>What You'll Do As a Manager - Trust & Custody, you'll put your communication and management skills into action to help ensure high quality, efficient, and prompt service meeting customer expectations. Here are a few examples of the kind of things you will do: Identify, set, and achieve division goals, ensuring results align with business unit and corporate initiatives and goals. Keep upper management informed of results and emerging trends. Manage leader performance to ensure right people are in the right jobs. Develop a staff that encourages ownership, accountability, risk, creativity, decision making, and results. Create an environment that other contributions and inspires trust and respect between team members. Disseminate information regarding decision, plans, and activities. Encourage participation in decision making and allow others to influence decisions. Develop and carry out department budget, staffing, and organizational plans. Includes both implementation and ongoing analysis. Establish and maintain effective working relationships throughout the company to identify customer and business unit needs and objectives. Implement solutions to improve effectiveness and results. Connect service teams to promote collaboration and communication to support service delivery across multiple product lines. Resolve escalated issues of a sensitive or critical nature. Negotiate solutions and act as a liaison with customers when necessary. Perform other job-related duties and special projects as required. Who You Are Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 6+ years of trust and custody industry experience with a focus on direct interaction with customers 2+ years leading teams in a formal supervisory position Excellent analytical, problem solving, communication, organizational/management, leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Knowledge of retirement industry and customer service requirements Limited overnight travel may be required Location This position will be based in our Minneapolis, MN location and benefit from a hybrid work schedule with an average of three days per week in the office. Salary Range Information Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly) $100100 - $135300 / year Time Off Program Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don't accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.
