We believe that high-performing teams drive groundbreaking medical discoveries and invite all applicants to join us and experience what it means to be part of Mass General Brigham.</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>Under supervision but following standard policies and procedures, remove, clean, and re-install air conditioning duct /terminal units throughout the hospital facilities.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <ol> <li> <p>Remove, clean, and reinstall air conditioning duct /terminal units.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain service record of work performed.</p> </li><li> <p>Bring to the foreman's attention any broken diffusers or dampers during the course of a workday.</p> </li><li> <p>Replace/repair ceiling tiles associated with the terminal units as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Visual inspect areas and submit all repairs through the work order system.</p> </li><li> <p>Responsible for snow removal as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Performs special projects and other duties as assigned.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure all work is completed within ICRA & ILSM guidelines s and satellites.</p> </li><li> <p>May perform routine repairs/replacement of ceiling tiles.
