<p>We are seeking a Lead Cryogenic Technician in our Broomfield, CO, Location.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to work independently and follow operating procedures </li><li>Production of cryogens and operation of liquefaction plant </li><li>Coordinate with technical and R&D teams to fill and deliver cryogens </li><li>Perform basic operation on turbomachinery including compressors, expansion engines, pumps, and vacuum systems - training provided </li><li>General production duties to include filling out maintenance and production logs, tracking spreadsheets, and associated data entry </li><li>Maintaining a clean and organized work environment - job includes routine cleaning of work areas - brooms, dustpans, paper towels, etc. </li><li>Comply with established safety protocols and other procedures </li><li>Weekend shift work is required - both Saturday and Sunday </li><li>Alternative flexibility with a possibility for 4x10 shifts, ideal </li></ul> <p>YOU MUST HAVE:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma/GED Minimum </li><li>Minimum 2+ years of experience in a production environment </li><li>Due to Contractual requirements, must be a U.S. Person defined as, U.S. citizen permanent resident or green card holder, workers granted asylum or refugee status </li><li>Due to national security requirements imposed by the U.S. Government, candidates for this position must not be a People's Republic of China national or Russian national unless the candidate is also a U.S. citizen. </li></ul> <p>WE VALUE:</p> <ul> <li>Strong mechanical knowledge/aptitude preferred </li><li>Maintenance/repair experience preferred </li><li>Good attitude, ability to learn on the job, and willingness to take on any task </li><li>Desire to work in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Capability to handle multiple priorities at once </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Organization and ability to document daily logs and project progress </li></ul> <p>$70,000 - $90,000 a year</p> <p>Compensation & Benefits:</p> <p>Non-Incentive Eligible</p> <p>The pay range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 annually.
