At our Troy Conagra Plant, we're producing Slim Jim's which is an American meat snack.</p> <p>Reporting to the product supervisor you will monitor and troubleshoot the operation of production equipment to ensure continuous production. You will join a team of over 1000 associates.</p> <p>A Taste of What's to Come:</p> <ul> <li>You will be working on the production line and will be supplying the lines to ensure a continuous production flow. </li><li>You will help to perform product checks to ensure quality for our consumers. </li><li>You will collaborate with all departments to support production demand and maintain product quality standards. </li><li>Cleanliness is important in our facilities. You will help maintain a clean work area to comply with food safety and OSHA requirements. </li></ul> <p>Ingredients That Will Help Your Success:</p> <ul> <li>This is a physical position. You will be asked to do things like lifting up to 30 pounds, climbing stairs and using your hands to move things. </li><li>This is a manufacturing environment with large machinery and moving parts that can be noisy.
