<p>Job Title: Electrical Technician</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>Join our team as a Service Technician, located in Cheyenne, WY. You will be responsible for installing and troubleshooting customer systems that utilize Direct Digital Control Technology, serving as the local contact for technical issues, ensuring systems operate properly, and verifying field devices using a laptop.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Install and troubleshoot Direct Digital Control Technology systems. </li><li>Serve as the local contact for technical issues. </li><li>Ensure proper operation of systems within controls, sensors, and software. </li><li>Verify field devices using a laptop. </li><li>Travel to client sites to provide technical support. </li><li>Work with engineers on startup and commissioning of customer systems in electronic, electrical, and pneumatic domains. </li><li>Follow and update drawing packages as needed. </li><li>Set up workstations with necessary software. </li><li>Communicate with project manager regarding project updates and timelines. </li><li>Troubleshoot issues during startup and maintenance. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Mechanical and electrical skills. </li><li>Troubleshooting and commissioning of equipment. </li><li>2+ years of experience in field service, data center, installation, or validation. </li><li>Experience with building automation and use of multimeter. </li><li>Familiarity with TCP/IP protocols. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience in building automation is preferred. </li><li>Ability to work effectively with engineers on technical projects. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>Work hours are 8-4 at the Cheyenne, Wyoming worksite. The team includes 1 project manager and 4 technicians, with a total of 30 people onsite. A company truck and cellphone will be provided upon direct employment.
