<p>Must Have Technical/Functional Skills</p> <p>They must understand:</p> <p>a. Sales Performance Management Strategy & Design</p> <p>b. Designed end to end Sales Performance Management frameworks include:</p> <p>o Incentive compensation plans</p> <p>o Quota & target setting</p> <p>o Territory and crediting models</p> <p>o Dispute management, reconciliation and data experience</p> <p>c. Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) : Lead design and execution of complex commission plans:</p> <p>o Tiered rates, accelerators, SPIFFs</p> <p>o Draws, recoveries, clawbacks</p> <p>o Multi role and overlay crediting</p> <ul> <li>Partner with Finance to manage accruals, compliance, and audit requirements </li></ul> <p>Should have worked with at least one of the following with 2-3+ years hands on experience in leading SPM platforms, as functional owner / product owner such as</p> <p>a. SAP Incentive Management (SAP Commissions), earlier called CallidusCloud</p> <p>b. Xactly,</p> <p>c. Varicent,</p> <p>d. Performio,</p> <p>e. Everstage, or</p> <p>f. CaptivateIQ.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>a. Support and or Lead end-to-end design and implementation of SAP Commissions solutions for rebates and incentive compensation programs</p> <p>b. Translate complex business compensation plans into scalable SAP Commissions models</p> <p>c. Support Design and manage rebate programs (volume-based, tiered, growth, special rebates)</p> <p>d. Ensure accurate calculation, validation, and payout processing</p> <p>e. Lead integration design with SAP S/4HANA / ECC, SAP SD, FI, CRM, and non-SAP source systems</p> <p>f.
