<p>Job Description</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <p>The Assistant Nurse Manager-OR (ANM-OR) is a professional nurse who demonstrates expertise in utilizing the concepts of participative management. The ANM-OR has the responsibility and authority for assisting in the management of the department. Among these responsibilities are: coordinating, evaluating improving nursing care and assisting the department leadership in promoting safe, cost effective, quality patient care on a daily basis. The ANM-OR works within the framework of ECU Health / ECU Health Medical Center.</p> <p>Minimum Requirements</p> <p>College Degree (4 yrs)</p> <p>BSN required and MSN preferred</p> <p>NC Registered Nurse required, CNOR preferred, with at least 1 year of progressive leadership experience preferred.</p> <p>2 years of recent OR clinical experience with 1 year in OR specialty required</p> <p>3 to 5 years of OR clinical experience with 2 years in OR specialty preferred</p> <p>Pay Range</p> <p>Pay Range: $43.40 - $59.68</p> <p>Other Information</p> <ul> <li>Position: 1.00 FTE, 8-5pm Monday thru Friday. Will have shifts/meetings that require to come in for 6 am or stay till 6pm. </li><li></li></ul>
