You'll operate heavy equipment like excavators and skid steers, read blueprints and site plans, and ensure every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to code.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Operate excavators and skid steers to dig trenches for septic tanks and drain lines </li><li>Read and interpret blueprints and site plans to determine proper system layout </li><li>Install septic tanks and piping systems according to local codes and permit requirements </li><li>Work with inspectors, suppliers, and team members to complete projects correctly and efficiently </li><li>Perform system inspections for real estate transactions and troubleshooting services </li><li>Educate customers on system operation, maintenance, and available service options </li><li>Maintain accurate paperwork and documentation for each job </li><li>Work overtime, weekends, and participate in on-call rotations as needed </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>What We're Looking For:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent </li><li>3+ years of heavy equipment operation experience (excavators, skid steers) </li><li>Valid Class A CDL with Tanker endorsement and a clean driving record </li><li>Prior septic installation and repair experience required </li><li>Ability to read and draw simple septic system diagrams </li><li>Strong communication and customer service skills </li><li>Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions </li><li>Basic computer literacy (email, internet) </li><li>Must pass a DOT drug screen, physical exam, and road test </li><li>Willingness to work weekends and on-call rotations during peak seasons </li></ul> <p>Ready to build something that matters?
