<p>Akkodis is seeking a Project Manager for a Contract with a client in Quincy, MA. This role requires a Project Manager with strong communication and organizational skills, backed by proven experience leading enterprise-level programs.</p> <p>Rate Range: $43/hour to $44/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.</p> <p>Project Manager job responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead and manage enterprise-level programs by driving project planning, execution, timelines, and risk mitigation.</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee intranet modernization and employee experience platform initiatives from concept through successful delivery.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment, communication, and smooth project execution.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, status reports, and communication plans.</p> </li><li> <p>Track project performance using KPIs to ensure scope, budget, and quality standards are met.</p> </li><li> <p>Identify operational improvements and implement best practices to enhance project delivery and stakeholder experience.</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).</p> </li><li> <p>6-8 years of proven experience managing enterprise-level programs or large-scale organizational initiatives.</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated experience delivering intranet modernization, employee experience platforms, or global HR transformation projects.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously.</p> </li></ul> <p>If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
