This role focuses on delivering high-quality, person-centered services guided by Positive Practices and Person-Centered Planning.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Provide support, training, and supervision to individuals in a respectful and dignified manner. </li><li>Actively participate as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team, contributing to service planning and implementation. </li><li>Demonstrate professionalism, initiative, and problem-solving in daily interactions. </li><li>Ensure smooth operation of services, including remaining on-site during unforeseen emergencies until relief staff arrives. </li><li>Flexibly relocate to other facilities/programs as needed to meet staffing requirements. </li><li>Maintain positive relationships with internal/external partners and individuals supported, exceeding service expectations. </li><li>Address and resolve complaints in a compassionate, courteous, and solution-focused manner. </li></ul> <p>ABOUT PITTSBURGH MERCY: We're a community-based health and human services organization using person-centered care to treat our area's most vulnerable populations.
