Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set.</p> <p>As a Specialist, Logistics at RXO, you will be responsible for providing logistics support, including order entry, routing and dispatching, and traffic coordination. If you're looking for a growth opportunity, join us at RXO.</p> <ul> <li>This role will be fully on-site in Bellingham, MA* </li></ul> <p>What your day-to-day will look like:</p> <ul> <li>Maintain customer profile information and enter routes from customer tenders </li><li>Update account managers on problem routes and what actions have been taken, update receivers and customers on status of routes </li><li>Monitor daily pick-ups and deliveries; verify that routes have arrived on time and in good condition </li><li>Take check calls from drivers, ensuring that stops will deliver on time; validate all stop data prior to marking stop delivered, for accounting purposes </li><li>Investigate product overages, shortages, damages, and complete appropriate documentation </li><li>Schedule and reschedule delivery appointments for all routes. </li><li>Provide detailed directions and instructions to properly route drivers </li></ul> <p>At a minimum, you'll need:</p> <ul> <li>1 year of logistics experience </li></ul> <p>It'd be great if you also have:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent </li><li>General knowledge of the transportation industry </li><li>Experience writing routine reports and correspondence </li><li>The ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, verbal or diagram form </li></ul> <p>Does this sound like you?
