Please discuss with our hiring managers during our selection processes.</p> <p>If you are an internal applicant, please log into Workday and apply for your application to be considered.</p> <p>Please Click Here to apply internally.</p> <p>SUMMARY</p> <p>The Children<code>s Program Supervisor is responsible for providing a fun and safe atmosphere for all children participating in in our exclusive children</code>s program, Paintbox.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</p> <p>Job Duties include although are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Support the Paintbox Manager with special projects, programming, and correspondence </li><li>Produce a safe and fun environment for all children participating in Paintbox activities </li><li>Arrange and direct programs and daily activities </li><li>Ensure that all children are participating </li><li>Greet guests and ensure that all Paintbox information and authorization forms are completed correctly by parents / guardians </li><li>Assist with the training of new associates and coordinate additional staff members from other departments. </li><li>Organize and execute all special event activities for special occasions, holidays, summer and winter programs and special requests for groups and social functions. </li><li>Maintain new procedures for Paintbox operations that improve the guest experience. </li><li>Properly communicate with the resort staff and resort guests all upcoming programs and offerings within Paintbox and family activities. </li><li>Maintain a thorough knowledge of all Standard Operating Procedure and training program for the Paintbox programs. </li><li>Record the appropriate charges that are associated with the activities </li><li>Communicate with staff and guests of impending programs and activities </li><li>Maintain relationships and communication with past and future guests with pre and post visit correspondence. </li><li>Perform additional tasks that are assigned and that are outside of regular tasks </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent is required </li><li>Minimum of 2 years working experience with children. </li><li>Luxury Hotel or Resort experience preferred. </li><li>Strong passion for customer service; experience handling and resolving guest concerns in a timely manner </li><li>Must be organized </li><li>Strong verbal communication skills-ability to communicate effectively with guests and vendors </li><li>Have a vast array of knowledge about children's activities applicable to Park City </li><li>Able to become CPR/ First Aid Certified </li><li>Valid driver's license preferred </li><li>Winter driving experience preferred </li></ul> <p>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</p> <p>Work tasks are performed indoors and outdoors. Temperature generally is moderate and controlled by Resort environmental systems; however, must be able to work in extreme temperatures, possibly for one hour or more. Position requires walking; must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 7 hours in length. Length of time of these tasks may vary from day to day and task to task. Must be able to exert well-paced ability to reach different outlets and other departments of the Resort on a timely basis. Must be able to exert well-paced ability in limited space. Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill cleaning tasks. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis.
