<p>$4,000 Sign-on Bonus</p> <p>Position Overview</p> <p>We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the nursing department within our locked inpatient psychiatric facility and 28-day residential program. This leadership role ensures high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and efficient management of daily operations.
