<p>Come join our amazing team and work onsite in our office in Orange, CA!</p> <p>The Loss Mitigation Title Supervisor will supervise a team of Loss Mitigation Title Agents to achieve maximum performance and ensure compliance objectives are met in conjunction with, FHA, VA, USDA, FNMA, FHLMC and Ginnie Mae document fulfillment requirements for Loan Modifications, Partial Claims, and Mortgage Recovery Advances ("MRA"). Monitor the initial title review process from time of initial title order through final decision which will result in either modification documents being drafted or loss mitigation workout denial. Work on various projects for the Department related to reporting, change management, compliance, quality assurance/quality control, and vendor/third party communication. Perform all duties in accordance with Company guidelines and applicable federal, state, and local regulations. The target pay for the position is $70,000-$85,000 Annually + Annual Bonus.</p> <p>What you'll do:</p> <ul> <li>Carries out Loss Mitigation Title Review Team supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies, procedures, and applicable laws, including hiring and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; monitoring performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints; and resolving problems. </li><li>Monitor daily pipeline of incoming title requests, title reviews, loss mitigation title review denials, and any other title related processes taking place during active Loss Mitigation review to ensure title review is completed timely and accurately. </li><li>Ensure active loss mitigation workstations are denied timely and/or cleared for modification documents to be drafted. </li><li>Work with Title vendors to clear any irregularities preventing in obtaining a policy. </li><li>Attend regular calls with Title vendors to ensure SLAs are being met in accordance with CMS contracts. </li><li>Facilitate Supervisor responsibilities in accordance with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws. Manage employees in such areas as workout technique, account recognition and customer service. </li><li>Prepare reports and track results and trends within the Loss Mitigation Department. </li><li>Oversee daily team operations; provide guidance and direction in daily workflow and volume. </li><li>Communicates to the group the daily work goals, expectations, and any policy and/or process changes. </li><li>Monitor employees on quality control guidelines and job performance through group training, one on one interaction, and role play. </li></ul> <p>What you'll need:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent required. </li><li>Bachelor's degree preferred. </li><li>Three (3) to five (5) years of loss mitigation TITLE experience required. </li><li>Two (2) or more years of supervisory or management experience preferred. </li><li>Knowledge of HAMP, FHA, VA, and USDA underwriting guidelines required </li></ul> <p>Our Company:</p> <p>Carrington Mortgage Services is part of The Carrington Companies, which provide integrated, full-lifecycle mortgage loan servicing assistance to borrowers and investors, delivering exceptional customer care and programs that support borrowers and their homeownership experience.
