Whether you're an experienced hygienist or a new graduate eager to grow, we welcome you to join our family!</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Perform thorough cleanings, including scaling, root planing, and polishing teeth. </li><li>Assess and chart periodontal conditions, including probing depths and identifying areas of concern. </li><li>Administer fluoride treatments and provide patient education on oral hygiene techniques. </li><li>Utilize iTero scanning for impression-taking and other procedures as needed. </li><li>Work with patients on preventive care, providing tailored recommendations for maintaining oral health. </li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in our system. </li><li>Collaborate with the dentist and other team members to ensure the highest level of care. </li><li>Assist in the implementation of patient care plans, including Curodont for caries management when appropriate. </li><li>Ensure that the dental room and equipment are sanitized and properly maintained. </li><li>Stay up to date with current dental practices and technologies. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>At least 1 year of experience preferred, but not required. </li><li>Experience with periodontal care, including scaling and root planing. </li><li>Familiarity with Curodont and iTero scanning is a plus. </li><li>Current state license to practice as a dental hygienist. </li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to educate and build rapport with patients. </li><li>Compassionate, detail-oriented, and focused on patient care. </li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment. </li><li>New graduates are welcome to apply. </li></ul> <p>How to Apply:</p> <p>If you are passionate about providing top-quality dental care and want to join a hardworking and supportive team, we would love to hear from you!
