Manages imaging navigation process for monitoring clinical findings. Manages process for critical test results for Imaging Services. Provides data and structure for care model delivery that supports organizational goals related to Imaging and service lines. Creates analytical reports for the review to build existing and new programming. Takes a proactive leadership role in defining common metrics and gathering data directly from disparate data sources across the enterprise. Supports and occasionally leads Lean-6 projects with data analysis expertise. Provides proactive thinking to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the reporting mechanisms that drive all required analytics. Manages navigational support for imaging findings and follow up.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <p>Formal Education Required:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience </li><li>Master's degree preferred </li></ul> <p>Experience and Training Required:</p> <ul> <li>Four years of increasingly responsible experience in data management and analysis which has provided leadership skills; healthcare experience preferred. </li><li>Lean and/or 6 sigma background or equivalent </li><li>Background/formal training in statistics preferred </li><li>Formal experience working as a consultant or with consultants preferred </li><li>Experience interpreting clinical data and identifying opportunities for improvement and programs strongly preferred </li><li>Experience with financial and operational data preferred </li></ul> <p>Other Skills, Competencies and Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Excellent analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills </li><li>Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and business intelligence </li><li>Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Access, Visio and PowerPoint with statistical package experience preferred </li><li>Ability to learn new analytical tools with minimal training </li><li>Pro-active, process-driven, with a strong focus on understanding and exceeding the expectations of the customer </li><li>Results oriented change agent with the ability to successfully interface with all levels and areas of the organization, establish close working relationships, and build consensus </li><li>Ability to quantify impact to process metrics and financials </li><li>Ability to develop creative solutions to problem solving </li><li>Able to express information through strong verbal and written communications </li><li>Enthusiastic, energetic and highly driven </li><li>Skill in interpersonal communication, team leadership, and collaborating with service line leaders to improve patient outcomes utilizing analytics. </li><li>Population Specific Competency: Ability to effectively interact with patients/customers with the understanding of their needs for self-respect and dignity </li></ul> <p>Level of Physical Demands:</p> <ul> <li>Sedentary: Exerts up to ten pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently </li></ul> <p>Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled</p> <p>$49.29/hr - $73.94/hr</p> <p>The salary range on this job posting/advertising is base salary exclusive of any bonuses or differentials.
