<p>Kforce has a client in need of an Oracle EPM Software Engineer. This role is hybrid onsite in Chicago, IL. We will relocate for the position.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Design, develop, and optimize Oracle EPM Cloud applications aligned to business needs </li><li>Translate requirements into efficient technical solutions and deliver across the full project lifecycle </li><li>Develop and maintain integrations, calculations, and automation using SQL, PL/SQL, and scripting tools </li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, performance bottlenecks, and data discrepancies </li><li>Lead or contribute to medium-to-large initiatives, providing technical direction and best practices </li><li>Document processes, configurations, and technical artifacts for ongoing support and knowledge sharing </li><li>Partner with stakeholders to continuously improve financial systems and workflows </li><li>Mentor team members and support adoption of new tools and capabilities* 5+ years of experience in application development or engineering roles </li><li>Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud </li><li>Solid SQL and PL/SQL skills, with a focus on performance and data integrity </li><li>Experience delivering end-to-end solutions and working in fast-paced environments </li><li>Proven ability to troubleshoot, analyze root causes, and resolve complex technical issues </li><li>Experience with Groovy, Java, or Oracle development tools preferred </li><li>Background in system integrations (APIs, XML/HTML) and enterprise platforms preferred </li><li>Familiarity with Unix/Linux or multi-environment deployments preferred </li></ul>
