The CJA Engineer will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining analytics solutions using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and other relevant tools. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data analytics, integration, and visualization, with a focus on delivering actionable insights to improve customer journeys and business outcomes.</p> <p>Roles & Responsibilities</p> <p>CJA Implementation and Maintenance:</p> <p>? Configure and manage Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) for tracking and analyzing customer interactions across various channels.</p> <p>? Design and implement data views, calculated metrics, and dimensions in CJA.</p> <p>? Data Integration and Transformation:</p> <p>? Collaborate with data teams to ingest and prepare data for use in CJA, ensuring accuracy and compliance.</p> <p>? Integrate online and offline data sources to create unified, actionable insights.</p> <p>? Visualization and Reporting:</p> <p>? Develop dashboards and reports to visualize customer journeys and key performance metrics.</p> <p>? Provide actionable insights to business stakeholders to enhance customer experiences and improve ROI.</p> <p>? Cross-Functional Collaboration:</p> <p>? Partner with marketing, product, and IT teams to align analytics solutions with business goals.</p> <p>? Support the creation of A/B tests and other analytics experiments to optimize customer journeys.</p> <p>? Tool Expertise and Adoption:</p> <p>? Stay updated on new features and capabilities in Adobe CJA and related Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) tools.</p> <p>? Train and support internal teams on using CJA effectively.</p> <p>? Governance and Compliance:</p> <p>?
