Our strong team consists of 3,700 enthusiastic experts in specialty papers, across areas such as photography, digital printing systems, textiles, furniture, wood materials, wallpapers and packaging.</p> <p>In Pulaski are our specialists for imaging, digital printing and release papers. In addition to sales and distribution for North America, the more than 100 employees take care of converting and packaging for the domestic market.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead and develop the technical and maintenance organization to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all manufacturing and facility systems. </li><li>Own the site reliability strategy including preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance programs. </li><li>Oversee maintenance planning, work execution, and spare parts management. </li><li>Manage capital and facility improvement projects from concept through implementation. </li><li>Maintain compliance with all regulatory and corporate standards for safety, environmental, and electrical systems. </li><li>Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support for production equipment, utilities, and infrastructure. </li><li>Develop and manage departmental budgets, monitor KPIs, and ensure cost-effective maintenance practices. </li><li>Partner with Production, Quality, and Continuous Improvement to improve OEE, reduce downtime, and extend equipment life. </li><li>Establish and maintain an effective contractor and vendor management program. </li><li>Drive a culture of Continuous Improvement, safety, and operational excellence. </li><li>Develop long-term engineering and reliability roadmaps that align with business strategy </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field required). </li><li>Minimum 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance, reliability, or technical management. </li><li>Proven experience leading cross-functional technical teams in an industrial environment. </li><li>Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, PLCs, and mechanical systems. </li><li>Demonstrated success implementing reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), predictive technologies, and CMMS utilization. </li><li>Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills. </li><li>Familiarity with OSHA, NFPA, NEC, and environmental compliance standards. </li><li>PMP, PE, or CMRP certification preferred. </li><li>Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent experience desirable. </li></ul> <p>Salary/Hourly starting at $110,000.00</p> <p>Benefits and Culture:</p> <ul> <li>Interesting, demanding activities in an international company with worldwide locations </li><li>Flexibility in job management with the goal of providing a healthy work-life balance </li><li>Appreciative company culture with both sides giving their best </li></ul> <p>Do you want to become part of the Felix Schoeller family and join us in shaping your and our future together?
