This firm provides excellent compensation, benefits, wellness initiatives, and a strong career path for highly performing professionals.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Provide timely, high-quality tax services </li><li>Build and manage client relationships while managing a portfolio of clients and acting as a point of contact for internal and external clients </li><li>Initiate and participate in the pursuits of new clients </li><li>Cross-sell to our client base </li><li>Participate in industry organizations </li><li>Speak and/or write on emerging topics and trends </li><li>Develop, motivate, and train rising talent </li><li>Act as a coach and mentor to other professionals, including business development activities* CPA required; Masters of Tax or LLM Tax is a plus </li><li>10+ years of progressive public accounting experience; Recent experience as a Director or Partner at a Top 50 accounting firm </li><li>Deep experience reviewing and signing complex federal and state income tax returns </li><li>Broad and deep understanding of taxation as it impacts the Real Estate industry </li><li>Demonstrated skills necessary to ensure high quality client service </li><li>Exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic </li></ul>
