Prepares accurate monthly financial reports.. Reconciles and validates Property Management s general ledger accounts. Prepares monthly billing statements for tenants. Prepares all annual operating budgets for managed buildings. Prepares leases and other related leasing correspondence. Maintains vendor contracts and prepares & submits purchase orders. Oversees building maintenance and charges for on-campus buildings.</p> <p>Associate degree in Accounting. Minimum three (3) years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience which includes accounts payable processing, general ledger maintenance, payroll experience, financial statement preparation, audit work-paper preparation and budgeting.</p> <p>Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled</p> <p>$26.18/hr-$31.41/hr</p> <p>The salary range on this job posting/advertising is base salary exclusive of any bonuses or differentials.
