Match offers a comprehensive benefits package that include;s 90% coverage of employee health insurance costs and up to $150/month in loan repayment assistance.</p> <p>PM20</p> <p>OVERVIEW OF ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>Teaching positions are based at our PreK-5th grade elementary school (100 Poydras St. in Hyde Park), our 6th-8th grade middle school (215 Forest Hills St. in Jamaica Plain), or our high school (1001 Commonwealth Ave. in Brighton)</p> <p>Teachers are responsible for:</p> <ul> <li>Preparing and delivering classroom instruction and support in Match classrooms </li><li>Upholding high academic and behavioral expectations for students, and provide lots of support for getting students there; </li><li>Communicating regularly and proactively with families; </li><li>Participating actively in Match's coaching and professional development programming; </li><li>Assisting with school programming as needed during non-instructional time; and </li><li>Serving as a positive and collaborative member of the Match Charter Public School community </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <p>Research has shown that people of color and women are less likely to apply for jobs if they don't believe they meet every one of the qualifications described in a job description.
