<p>Overview</p> <p>GDC IT Solutions is currently seeking a Technical Business Analyst to work in a hybrid capacity, with 3-4 days on-site per month in Harrisburg, PA.</p> <p>As a Technical Business Analyst, you will be responsible for bridging business needs and technical solutions, supporting enterprise systems and financial process transformation initiatives.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead and perform business analysis activities across planning and requirements gathering phases of projects. </li><li>Facilitate stakeholder meetings to elicit As-Is processes, requirements, and key business needs. </li><li>Translate business requirements into service blueprints, process flows, Agile features, and user stories. </li><li>Support development of technical specifications and collaborate closely with development teams on solution implementation. </li><li>Conduct feasibility studies and analyze existing systems to identify improvement opportunities. </li><li>Develop and execute test scenarios, scripts, and plans to validate solutions against business requirements. </li><li>Identify and define KPIs, including business rules, ownership, and data visualization strategies. </li><li>Manage and track documentation, features, and user stories within Azure DevOps (ADO). </li><li>Perform business process comparisons against best practices and recommend process or system enhancements. </li><li>Support data migration efforts, including ETL processes across multiple systems. </li><li>Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including business owners, technical teams, vendors, and clients. </li><li>Provide end-user training and ongoing support for implemented solutions. </li><li>Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation aligned with PMO standards. </li><li>Participate in and lead project team activities related to enterprise system initiatives. </li><li>Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation. </li><li>Work independently to complete assigned tasks and responsibilities. </li><li>Ensure adherence to organizational standards, policies, and procedures. </li><li>Utilize various tools and technologies to support job functions. </li><li>Perform additional duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Analyst in a technology-driven environment. </li><li>Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Excel, or Figma. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. </li><li>Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO), including testing modules and work item tracking. </li><li>Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. </li><li>Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). </li><li>Experience as a Business Analyst within government or public sector projects. </li><li>Experience working across multiple domains such as reporting, transaction processing, billing, collections, payments, CRM, or financial reconciliation. </li><li>Familiarity with Microsoft Customer Engagement (CRM) or similar modern CRM platforms. </li><li>Experience with SAP S/4HANA, including modules such as BRIM, FICA, Convergent Mediation, or Analytics Cloud. </li><li>Experience with enterprise financial systems and large-scale business transformation initiatives. </li><li>Knowledge of data migration processes, including ETL across multiple systems. </li><li>Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project. </li><li>Understanding of ITIL / ITSM practices and methodologies. </li></ul> <p>GDC IT Solutions (GDC) is a full-service Information Technology (IT) company providing solutions that empower businesses to increase employee productivity, maximize investments, and improve operational efficiencies.
