Primary responsibility will be in the area of Student Assistant/Work Study/GA/TA payroll team, as well as working the reception area.</p> <p>Duties include:</p> <ul> <li>Greeting, assisting and providing excellent customer service to current and prospective employees of Binghamton University </li><li>Intake of onboarding paperwork and documentation </li><li>Working with confidential personnel data </li><li>Assist the Associate Director of Human Resources with a variety of employment/payroll processing duties </li><li>Processing and data entry of appointment data into various systems </li><li>Learning multiple, distinct facets of employment within the New York state system </li><li>Delivering presentations on a variety of Human Resources topics </li><li>Troubleshoot employment and payroll issues and concerns </li><li>Querying and running data reports </li></ul> <p>Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
