Join us at Santander, where you are supported by a culture of engagement and a commitment to your success.</p> <p>An exciting journey awaits, if you are interested in exploring the possibilities We Want to Talk to You!</p> <p>The Difference You Make:</p> <p>As a Recruiting Coordinator you are involved in many aspects of the recruiting and hiring process including interview scheduling, offer letters, background checks, and pre-hire paperwork. This role will have an emphasis on execution and ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruiting and hiring process.</p> <ul> <li>Act as the primary on-boarding contact for the candidate ensuring that new hires and transfers are informed throughout the process and complete all necessary steps before starting in the new role. </li><li>Maintain accurate records and ensure that all activities comply with applicable laws, regulations and company policies. </li><li>Partner with the Recruiter to schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all parties involved. </li><li>Partner with the Recruiter to draft offer letters and obtain the necessary approvals for customizations where applicable. </li><li>Initiate the background check process and partner with the Onboarding Team to ensure that all candidates are cleared prior to hire and that all pre-hire paperwork is complete. </li><li>For candidates requiring visa sponsorship or relocation support, partner with the Mobility team to ensure appropriate language is included in the offer letters. Collaborate with Mobility & Onboarding on next steps in the process once a visa is approved. Where applicable, work with the travel agency to coordinate candidate travel. </li><li>Establish relationships with candidates, team members, recruiters and business partners by acting as a consultant throughout the hiring process and providing meaningful communication to assist in the successful completion and exceptional hiring experience. </li><li>Identify and implement opportunities to streamline processes, enhancing both candidate experience and operational efficiency. </li><li>Support ad hoc projects and tasks. </li></ul> <p>What You Bring:</p> <p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Pref</p> <p>0+ Years Human Resources exp.- Preferred</p> <p>Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality</p> <ul> <li>Excellent organization and time management skills </li><li>Strong verbal communication, writing and interpersonal skills along with the ability to form strong cross-functional relationships </li><li>Ability to prioritize in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment </li><li>Must be able to interact and communicate with all levels of the organization, mindful of the culture and diversity of the audience </li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously </li><li>Understands the importance of employment law and compliance, especially how they relate to prospective candidates and interviewing </li><li>Ability to work with diverse range of personalities and express their thoughts concisely/professionally </li><li>A demonstrated level of confidentiality and professionalism </li><li>Demonstrated proficiency in the use of the MS Office suite, in particular, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint </li><li>Strong learning and inquisitive skill set </li><li>Must be able to problem solve and adapt quickly to changing circumstances </li><li>Team player mindset, actively take initiative and have a strong work ethic </li><li>Have a "customer service" orientation with ability to escalate issues when appropriate </li><li>Demonstrated use of analytical skills - both using tools (ex.
