<p>Job Summary</p> <p>We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our team and drive our HR initiatives forward. In this vital role, you will serve as a key partner in managing human capital processes, fostering a positive employee experience, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Your energetic approach will help shape our organizational culture, support talent development, and streamline HR operations to promote a thriving workplace environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence strategic HR practices while working collaboratively across departments to meet organizational goals.</p> <p>Duties</p> <ul> <li>Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing candidates through ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires with comprehensive employee orientation programs. </li><li>Oversee employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, facilitating conflict management, and promoting effective communication across teams. </li><li>Administer benefits programs and handle benefits administration tasks such as enrollments, changes, and inquiries using HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms like Paychex, Paylocity. </li><li>Ensure compliance with employment & labor law regulations, OSHA standards, FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), workers' compensation policies, and affirmative action planning. </li><li>Support performance management initiatives by coordinating employee evaluations, training & development sessions, and succession planning activities. </li><li>Lead change management projects related to organizational design, workforce management strategies, and HR system implementations. </li><li>Maintain accurate data collection and data entry within HR systems to support HR reporting and strategic planning efforts. </li></ul> <p>Skills</p> <ul> <li>Extensive knowledge of human capital management principles and best practices in talent management and workforce planning. </li><li>Strong understanding of employment & labor law compliance, OSHA standards, and workers' compensation procedures. </li><li>Proven experience in project management with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously. </li><li>Excellent communication skills for effective employee engagement, training delivery, and cross-departmental collaboration. </li><li>Proficiency with HRIS platforms including Paychex is a plus. </li><li>Ability to manage benefits administration processes using systems such as Paychex or Paylocity while ensuring data accuracy. </li><li>Skilled in conflict management techniques and fostering positive employee relations within diverse teams. </li><li>Organizational design expertise coupled with strategic planning capabilities to support company growth initiatives. </li><li>Administrative experience in data collection, reporting, and maintaining compliance documentation related to HR policies.
