For more information on where we employ, please see below.</p> <p>About the Role</p> <p>Ontra is seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager reporting to our Director, Field Marketing.</p> <p>We're looking for someone excited to spearhead impactful in-person events from conception to execution, orchestrate dynamic third-party conference sponsorships, and expertly manage direct mail and gifting initiatives to collaborate seamlessly with our Sales and Customer Success teams, driving engagement and accelerating pipeline.</p> <p>If you are a detail-oriented event professional with expertise in CRM and marketing automation platforms, strong budgeting and contracting skills, and a proven ability to deliver seamless, high-impact events, we'd love to get to know you!</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Event Management: Oversee the full execution of Ontra-hosted events, including VIP dinners, receptions, roadshows, and workshops, ensuring seamless delivery from planning to completion to create a memorable brand presence. </li><li>Third-Party Coordination: Manage all aspects of conference sponsorships, including ancillary activities. Coordinating with external partners to leverage these opportunities for maximum exposure and engagement. </li><li>Direct Mail and Gifting: Develop and manage direct mail and gifting strategies, tailoring messages and offerings to target accounts to strengthen client relations and foster acquisition. </li><li>Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to assist in field engagements, drive pipeline acceleration, and deepen client connections. </li><li>Performance Analysis: Conduct thorough monitoring and reporting on event and campaign performance, analyzing data to assess the contribution to pipeline and informing strategic decisions. </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring</p> <ul> <li>Experience: 6+ years in field marketing, experiential marketing, or event marketing, with at least 3 years focused on event-specific experience. Preferably within B2B SaaS, particularly in Fintech or legal technology sectors, with exposure to international markets and global team collaboration. </li><li>Event Strategy: Proven track record of developing and executing B2B event strategies that deliver measurable business results, demonstrating strong negotiation skills in managing contracts and venue selection. </li><li>Technical Proficiency: Expertise in CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo), event registration software (e.g., Goldcast, Swoogo, Splash), and direct mail software (e.g., Reachdesk, Sendoso). </li><li>Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously, maintain budgets, build business cases, and complete ROI analysis efficiently. </li><li>Communication and Leadership: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels, and obtaining buy-in from leadership, Sales, and Customer Success teams. Proficient in relationship-building with cross-functional teams. </li><li>Travel Flexibility: Ability to travel up to 30% during peak event seasons. </li></ul>
