<p>Staffmark is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join a growing team in Crystal Lake, IL. This role plays a key part in driving sales growth, maintaining strong customer relationships, and delivering top-tier support. If you're customer-focused, tech-savvy, and enjoy a fast-paced environment-this could be your next great opportunity.</p> <p>Pay: $16.00-$24.00 per hour</p> <p>Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (occasional weekend availability may be required)</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Prepare timely and accurate quotes and proposals, including pricing and delivery terms </li><li>Follow up on quotes to guide customers through the purchasing process and close deals </li><li>Serve as a key point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing product solutions </li><li>Maintain consistent communication via phone and email to build long-term relationships </li><li>Use CRM tools to identify, qualify, and manage sales leads </li><li>Collaborate with internal teams (product, support, marketing, engineering) to resolve issues </li><li>Support outside sales with qualified leads and urgent customer needs </li><li>Keep CRM/ERP systems updated with quotes, interactions, and orders </li><li>Track sales metrics and provide regular reports on pipeline activity and trends </li><li>Ensure customer expectations are met and feedback is communicated internally </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or sales support </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Proficiency with quoting tools, CRM/ERP systems, and Microsoft Office </li><li>Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking effectively </li><li>Basic technical understanding of products and customer needs </li><li>Familiarity with ISO standards (9001, 13485) is a plus </li><li>Experience in manufacturing, automation, or industrial environments preferred </li><li>Self-starter with strong time-management and problem-solving skills </li></ul> <p>Why You'll Love This Job:</p> <p>We offer a comprehensive benefits package to support your health, financial goals, and work-life balance.
