Collaborating closely with the Store Manager, you'll oversee daily operations, manage product placement, and optimize the store layout to enhance profitability and create an engaging fashion experience. Your role includes organizing and developing the team to ensure effective collaboration and exceptional customer service, while also ensuring that fashion trends and customer preferences are met.
