Morgan Properties is seeking a Community Manager to play a key role in daily operations, resident experience, and community performance. This role blends strong administrative execution with a culture-focused mindset and close partnership with the Area Community Manager.</p> <p>What You Can Expect from Us:</p> <p>Excellent Pay: $67,000-$70,000 / year</p> <p>20% Apartment Rental Discount</p> <p>$300 Morgan Essentials - paid quarterly</p> <p>Renewal Commissions</p> <p>Education/Tuition Reimbursement</p> <p>Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance</p> <p>Long & Short-Term Disability Coverage</p> <p>401(k) with Company Match</p> <p>Generous PTO + 10 Holidays + Sick Leave</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <p>Resident Engagement & Leasing</p> <p>Serve as a key point of contact for residents, ensuring a welcoming and supportive experience</p> <p>Resolve complex resident issues, including legal matters, with professionalism and empathy</p> <p>Manage the resident lifecycle: applications, move-ins/move-outs, lease renewals, and retention</p> <p>Lead team onsite to deliver a positive experience for prospective residents</p> <p>Operations & Financial Administration</p> <p>Conduct property inspections, oversee curb appeal, and ensure safety and compliance protocols are followed</p> <p>Manage resident accounts, collections, ledgers, and financial reporting</p> <p>Monitor occupancy, revenue, and leasing activity to support community goals</p> <p>Collaboration & Culture</p> <p>Partner closely with the Area Community Manager and on-site teams to support operational priorities</p> <p>Model a positive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented approach</p> <p>Contribute to a respectful, customer service-driven community culture</p> <p>What We Expect from You:</p> <p>3+ years of customer service management, property management preferred.</p> <p>Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.</p> <p>Customer service excellence and problem-solving ability.</p> <p>Comfort working cross-functionally without formal direct-report authority.</p> <p>Valid driver's license.</p> <p>Please note that only candidates who meet the specified requirements will be contacted for an interview.
