We strive daily to create the best life for all we serve.</p> <p>Position summary</p> <p>As a Financial Analyst you will apply technical, analytical and problem-solving skills to provide relevant, accurate and timely information for a portfolio of communities and investments.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Create and analyze facility valuations, capital stacks, sources and uses documents. </li><li>Create and analyze income statements, and other financial and operational reports to provide decision support to operations and development teams. </li><li>Review profit and loss statements on a monthly basis with key leaders. </li><li>Assist with annual operating budgets, forecasts, statistical reports, and cash flow projections. </li><li>Analyze financial information to determine present and future financial performance. Prepare return on investment analyzes for various capital projects.
