As a Universal Banker, you will have the opportunity to deliver excellent experiences for customers and prospects. In addition to assisting with everyday transacations, you will support customers with their financial wellness by having needs-based conversations, identifying appropriate solutions. Depending on your experience, you may be considered for either a Universal Banker I or II position.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Drive proactive needs-based sales conversations through interactions, including service to sales, teller interactions and appointment setting </li><li>Assist customers financially by delivering loan products, while ensuring packages are correct and complet to minimize exceptions </li><li>Identify opportunities and make referrals, cross-sell banking products and services to other areas of the bank </li><li>Educate customers on options for managing transactions using technology and all other tools and resources available </li><li>Apply product and service knowledge to effectively solve customer problems </li><li>Process deposits, withdrawals, and other routine transactions with accuracy and confidentiality </li><li>Ensure adherence to banking regulations and internal policies </li></ul> <p>Requirements For Success</p> <ul> <li>1+ year of previous banking experience is required </li><li>Demonstrated analytical, accuracy, and problem-solving skills </li><li>Strong verbal and written interpersonal communication skills </li></ul> <p>Preferred Knowledge and Skills:</p> <ul> <li>NMLS license </li><li>Current Notary Public Certification </li></ul> <p>Conditions of Employment</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to pass a criminal background and credit check </li><li>This is a full-time, non-remote position </li></ul> <p>FLSA Status:</p> <ul> <li>Non-Exempt </li></ul> <p>Ready to take your career to the next level?
