Ensures training of both laboratory and non-laboratory staff in specimen procurement techniques. </li><li>Ensures specimens are collected and handled in a manner consistent with laboratory policies and ensures supplies are available for use. </li><li>Functions are completed effectively and accurately assuring the department's needs are met in a timely manner. </li><li>Ensures effective service excellence for a patient outcome that is a positive and caring experience. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <p>Education:</p> <ul> <li>A minimum of a High School diploma, GED, Certificate of Completion or equivalent achievement. </li></ul> <p>Work Experience:</p> <ul> <li>5 years of experience in a clinical and/or pathology laboratory </li><li>3 years of pediatric experience </li><li>Nationally certified in Phlebotomy (i.e. ASPT, AMT, NSP, NHA). </li></ul> <p>Important Notices:</p> <ul> <li>Authorization to Work in the United States:?Applicants who require sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered for this position. </li></ul> <p>Salary Range: Minimum 17.70/hour - Maximum 28.32/hour.
