<p>We are currently seeking a NY Residence Manager who will report to the Store Director, Madison Ave.</p> <p>The NY Residence Manager will lead the Client Relations efforts for our Madison Avenue Flagship, with strategic focus on new top tier client recruitment, deepening the loyalty of the existing client base, and building partnerships through networking in the adjacent luxury industries and with our client base at Madison Ave and across the AMER region.</p> <p>How you will contribute:</p> <ul> <li>Oversee and manage the daily business and operations activities of the NY Residence from daily, weekly, and monthly sales planning through to inventory management, special orders, and Made to Order oversight. </li><li>Design and execute a top client growth strategy at the store level in collaboration with the Madison Avenue Store Director, Private Client Director of AMERS, and the VP of Retail, East Coast & Canada </li><li>Collaborate with the VP of Retail, East Coast & Canada and Marketing teams to create and activate locally relevant brand partnerships, attracting new high-potential clients to the brand </li><li>Establish and cultivate strategic relationships with top stylists and celebrities, fostering their growth within the brand </li><li>Spearhead in-store animation and retail programming plans for the Madison Avenue Flagship in partnership with the Store Director. </li><li>Develop seasonal programming that drives sales of the exclusive and high end product offerings with a firm understanding of Made to Order and Special Order products. </li><li>Develop personalized one-to-one client plans for Top VICs (Very Important Clients) and high-potential individuals </li><li>Drive performance of key client development KPIs by supporting stores with reporting and action plan development </li><li>Implement client retention and acquisition strategies to strengthen loyalty and broaden our client network </li><li>Meet and exceed assigned monthly and annual sales targets for the New York Residence, including Exotic, Made to Order, and Special-Order Sales Plans. </li></ul> <p>Who you are:</p> <ul> <li>The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the competitive landscape, market trends, and global activations </li><li>Prior retail experience in a client relations role </li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to engage and influence internally and externally </li><li>Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work cross-functionally and navigate quickly changing environments </li><li>Strong attention to detail and analytical skills </li><li>Marketing and Events experience </li><li>Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint </li><li>Bachelor's degree </li><li>8-10 years of professional experience in VIC Relations, Marketing, and/or Retail </li></ul> <p>Salary range - New York:</p> <ul> <li>Annual base salary range of $130,000 - $140,000 (plus discretionary bonus) </li></ul> <p>Why work with us?</p> <p>This is a fabulous opportunity to join the Kering adventure and to actively contribute to the development of the business by becoming part of a global Luxury Group that offers endless possibilities to learn and grow.
