<p>Under the supervision of the Manager or Supervisor, this role supports the daily operations of the sponsoring business unit / department by performing a variety of administrative, operational and project-based tasks. This position allows college students to gain hands-on, meaningful work experience in a professional business environment, develop workplace skills and prepare them for future professional roles.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will have the following:</p> <p>To support creative marketing team</p> <ul> <li>Experience designing creative assets for web, social media, email, and print. </li><li>Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Ability to brainstorm and contribute original ideas for campaigns or visual storytelling. </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). </li><li>Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools such as After Effects, Adobe Express, or Premiere is a plus. </li><li>Portfolio of creative work </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>To support the Brand & Integrated Marketing team</p> <ul> <li>Helps develop and execute integrated marketing programs to support various lines of business </li><li>Performs project management duties </li><li>Coordinates various campaign and sales programs to support frontline and digital channels </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned </li><li>Marketing experience preferred </li><li>Candidates must reside on Oahu to be considered for this position. </li></ul>
