<p>Job#: 3032972</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>NOC Analyst 1</p> <p>Location: New Albany, Ohio (Partial Remote)</p> <p>Employment Type: Contract</p> <p>Role Overview</p> <p>As a Network Support Specialist, you will be responsible for executing daily responsibilities related to incident management, device monitoring, network troubleshooting, application support, and upgrade project implementation. This IT-focused role emphasizes assisting in the monitoring and support of core software and hardware applications and requires building strong working relationships with all technical support teams.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Monitor and support the store WAN infrastructure for domestic and international offices. </li><li>Function as a Jr. Incident Manager in support of high-priority incidents. </li><li>Monitor and support store and corporate office network hardware. </li><li>Monitor and support core applications. </li><li>Monitor and support the wireless network, SAN, and VOIP systems. </li><li>Conduct monitoring and incident management of data centers, labs, storage facilities, and disaster recovery facilities. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <p>Education: A 4-year degree in an IT-related field is preferred.</p> <p>Experience: Experience with Windows OS is required. Familiarity with Linux-based systems and hardware is necessary. Experience troubleshooting Cisco and Juniper network equipment is also required.</p> <p>Technical Skills: The role requires the ability to communicate effectively with technical associates and executives, navigate technical issues, evaluate risk, and direct the work of others.</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of mainframe operations (MVS) and/or Oracle Batch processes is a plus. </li><li>Technical services experience in a retail environment is a plus. </li></ul> <p>This employer is an equal opportunity employer.
