<p>About the role</p> <p>As a Salesforce Financial Force Support Engineer you will make an impact by providing end-to-end support for applications built on Salesforce and FinancialForce (Certinia) AppExchange products. You will be a valued member of our technology support team, collaborating closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and deliver exceptional user experiences.</p> <p>In this role, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Monitor application and system health, including batch jobs using AutoSys. </li><li>Respond to incidents and alerts, following documented SOPs and ensuring timely resolution. </li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues across Salesforce and FinancialForce platforms. </li><li>Configure and develop Salesforce applications using APEX, LWC, and declarative tools. </li><li>Maintain accurate documentation for incidents, SOPs, and support processes. </li></ul> <p>Work model</p> <p>At Cognizant, we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible, and we are here to support a healthy work-life balance though our various wellbeing programs.
