<p>Our Company</p> <p>Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation</p> <p>Overview</p> <p>Conducts psychological assessments, diagnoses, and provides therapy to patients experiencing mentalhealth issues. Develops treatment plans tailored to individual needs and monitors patient progress.Collaborates with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Maintains detailed records incompliance with legal and ethical standards. Engages in research and continuous professionaldevelopment to stay current with advancements in psychological practices.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Performs a thorough evaluation by assessing the needs of the person receiving services, andsets measurable objectives formulated in conjunction with the rehabilitation team </li><li>Provides empirically based psychological interventions to the person receiving services andhis/her family as appropriate for their specific needs in-order-to maximize and encourage theirparticipation with the community at large. Interventions may include cognitive behavioralinterventions, problem solving focused interventions, addressing adjustment processes andcoping, psycho-education, stress management, wellness promotion, compensatory strategies,pain management, as-well-as programmatic outcomes </li><li>Performs brief neurobehavioral assessments at various stages in the rehabilitation process asappropriate. Adjusts treatment to achieve maximum results </li><li>Provides feedback to the person served, family, and treatment team, with regards to behavioral,emotional, psychological, cognitive, and neuropsychological rehabilitation issues, test results, andpractical applications </li><li>Designs community reintegration activities to assist the person receiving services with theirpsychological/cognitive needs during physical activity </li><li>Assists the person receiving services in understanding their needs and limitations, and how tomanage them during function </li><li>Develops, teaches, and assesses the Plan of Treatment </li><li>Provides treatment progress and status documentation in accordance with the Plan of Treatment </li><li>Maintains and submits evaluation, treatment and billing documentation in the format and timelinesrequired by the Company, facility, funding source, local, state and federal regulations </li><li>Reports progress to the rehabilitation staff, person receiving services and family members </li><li>Observes/documents and reports changes in the condition of the person served to the clinical coordinator/designee, attending physician, and other treatment team members as appropriate </li><li>Participates in the team process, provides input and effective treatment strategies </li><li>Attends case conference and family educational meetings </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Education/Experience</p> <ul> <li>PhD., Psy.D, or equivalent in Clinical Psychology, Rehabilitation Psychology, or CounselingPsychology </li><li>One-year post-doctoral training in Rehabilitation Psychology, plus a minimum of two years clinicalexperience in the assessment and management of physical, or cognitive disability, includingtraumatic brain injury, or related neurological conditions </li><li>Maintenance of professional license and/or certification as required by the state in which thepsychologist practices </li><li>Demonstrates effective and professional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills </li></ul> <p>Knowledge/Skills/Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of complex neurologic injury and orthopedic rehabilitation techniques </li><li>Ability to communicate at all levels of the client organization. </li><li>An expert in planning, risk management and change management. </li><li>Strong business acumen and attention to detail. </li><li>Ability to influence professionals of senior management level. </li><li>Ability to design and apply change management and organizational development strategies andinfluences and assists organizational change initiatives in support of business strategies. </li><li>Ability to work with remote teams with units in multiple locations. </li><li>Substantial business acumen in fast moving environment. </li><li>Ability to develop clear, actionable steps in support of an overall business strategy. </li></ul> <p>Travel Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Percentage of Travel: 25-75% </li><li>Has reliable transportation and is able to travel to/from local program and community locations ona daily basis Communicates effectively and professionally in verbal and written interactions </li></ul> <p>About our Line of Business</p> <p>Rehab Without Walls, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is a revolutionary neurorehabilitation program that moves individuals outside the walls of institutional settings and into their natural home and community environment through a continuum of care.
