Our Medical Marijuana Cultivation Facility is located in New Bedford MA and we have an immediate need for a Cultivation Facilities Associate.</p> <p>The Cultivation Facilities Associates complete tasks to ensure the aesthetic appeal and overall sanitation and cleanliness of assigned areas that are maintained according to department specifications and company standards. Cultivation Facilities Associates must carry out day-to-day tasks including cleaning and sanitizing cultivation tools, cultivation equipment, grow room areas, and hallways, post-harvest grow rooms, dry rooms, maintaining the washroom, and wash room equipment as well as disposing of trash in accordance with company procedures. An extra commitment to receiving on-the-job training from the Cultivation Manager or Team Lead, to support sustainable and efficient production practices in our cultivation facility setting. </li></ul> <p>Working Conditions</p> <ul> <li>While performing the duties of this job, you will be regularly required to perform grasping, lifting, walking, standing, talking, hearing, seeing, stooping and repetitive motions. This position also requires working in warm and humid conditions. You must be able to work autonomously given instructions. You must also be able to work with EPA registered chemicals for cleaning and sanitization purposes. You must also be able to wear a respirator for sanitizing purposes across cultivation. </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements</p> <ul> <li>This position is full-time. The individual will work a minimum of 40 hours on site. This position is VERY LABOR INTENSIVE.
